Each cartridge is packed with skin-loving ingredients:  Vitamin C: Equivalent to around 1,400 lemons can support collagen and skin elasticity.  Milk Powder: Can soften and deeply hydrate dry skin.  Glycerin: Locks in moisture during and after a shower.  Tea Tree: A botanical extract for a fresh, clean feel.  Cactus Oil: Helps skin feel soft and moisturised.  

One cartridge filters approximately 7,200 liters of water. Depending on your household size and daily usage, a single filter lasts 1 to 4 months (roughly 30 - 60 days for a family of 4)  

Our signature transparent casing makes it effortless. As you shower, the internal aromatherapy and Vitamin C core will gradually dissolve and lighten. Once the core color has faded or you notice a drop in water flow due to trapped sediment, it’s time for a full-swap cartridge replacement.  

We offer three distinct aromatherapy blends: Orange, Lavender, and Forest Mist.

Yes! GETRINSD features standard G1/2" universal thread connections, which fit 99% of Australian and international shower setups including fixed wall shower heads, rain showers, and handheld shower hoses.

No tools or plumbing knowledge are required! Simply unscrew your current showerhead or hose, apply a few wraps of plumber's tape to the threads, hand-tighten the GETRINSD filter into place, and reattach your showerhead. Installation takes less than 2 minutes.

If your shower head sits close to the wall or ceiling, we offer GETRINSD Swivel Adapters (in Chrome, Gold, and Black) to adjust angles and create extra clearance.

All orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. If you need your order sooner, you can purchase express shipping which takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened, unused products in their original, resealable packaging.Due to strict health and hygiene regulations as well as individual variations in water hardness, skin types, and hair profiles we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened units or used filter cartridges once water has passed through them. 

Small drips at the connection point are almost always quick and easy to fix!Check that the white rubber washer is seated flat inside the top female connector.Unscrew the unit, wipe the threads completely dry, and wrap 3 to 5 layers of plumber's tape tightly around your shower arm thread in a clockwise direction. Screw the GETRINSD unit back on firmly by hand (do not use heavy tools, as this can over-tighten or cross-thread the connection).
